The Compagnie Generale Transatlantique Quay at Algiers as seen from the deck of a passenger cruise liner in the harbour in the north harbour basin. The four and five storey buildings on the main seafront road include the premises of The Algerian Coaling Depot, the Credit Lyonnais, the Brasserie Universelle, the Grand Hotel de L'Oasis, the Royal Hotel and Robes. Immediately behind the quay are the offices of Charles Schiaffino & Co.
