        A general view of part of the Amalfi Coast, Bay of Salerno, Italy, presumably looking east from a high viewpoint.  A number of buildings are built into the cliffside above a small cove.  At the foot of the nearest cliff is a flat roofed, stone, wedge-shaped tower built on a rock projecting from the sea with three rock pinnacles near it.
