The 2-masted schooner Abaete (Fl. 1930s) under sail on the River Amazon.
A slightly distant port bow view of the two masted schooner Abaete (Fl. 1930s) under sail on the River Amazon. The photographer is on a cruise on the Swedish passenger cruise ship Kungsholm (1928) and is in one of her boats. The precise location in the Amazon is unknown but it is said to be at Jararacas or Jaracaras (probably the Ilha Jararaca near Belem).
