The Tower of Refuge off the harbour at Douglas, Isle of Man. The photographer is looking east-north-east from the harbour wall at Loch Promenade. Four single masted sailing craft are alongside the concrete pier on the right and three are numbered 46, 78 and 3. In the distance on the left is the P. & O. Line passenger cruise ship Viceroy of India (1929), seen from off her starboard bow.
