A felucca and a gaiassa under sail on the River Nile, Egypt. Both of the vessels are well laden and the felucca is single masted with a lateen sail whose yard is at a 45 degree angle to the vertical. The other boat is a 2-masted gaiassa and its fore lateen yard is at an 80 degree angle to the vertical. A vertical format negative.
