A port quarter view, taken from close alongside the stern, of the Oseberg Ship in the Viking Ship Museum at Bygdoy, Oslo, Norway. This Viking long ship, dating back to approximately 800 AD, was excavated at Oseberg Farm in 1904-1905 and was moved into this specially built Museum building in September 1926. The stern of the vessel is out of the picture.
