The Danish cargo liner India (1930) and a tanker in one of the sets of locks on the Panama Canal.
A slightly distant port bow view, taken from fine off the bow, of the Danish cargo liner India (1930) moving slowly in one of the sets of locks on the Panama Canal. A tug is astern of her and a guard chain is across the chamber in the foreground. In the adjacent lock chamber is an unidentified motor tanker, seen from off the port quarter, which has a dark letter R on a lighter panel between two narrow bands on the funnel.
