Cruise ships in the Saltsjon harbour at Stockholm, Sweden
Cruise ships in the Saltsjon harbour at Stockholm, Sweden. At anchor in the centre of the harbour is the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company vessel Viceroy of India (1929), seen from just ahead of her port beam. Beyond and mostly hidden by the Viceroy of India is the Dutch cruise ship Veendam (1923) which is dressed overall. On the left is the Polish ship Pilsudski (1935), also seen from ahead of her port beam and dressed overall. Under way in the foreground and seen from just abaft her starboard beam is the coastal passenger vessel Aros (1872) on a Vesteras to Stockholm service.
