On board an unidentified cruise ship in Trondheim Fjord anchored off Trondheim, Norway.
On board an unidentified cruise ship in Trondheim Fjord anchored off Trondheim, Norway. The photographer is on the port side of the bridge looking forward showing the port side of the forecastle. This ship is possibly the Cunard Line Carinthia (1925) which undertook 18 cruises in Norwegian waters between 1926 and 1936. On the left and seen from abaft her port beam is the Cunard Line cruise ship Lancastria (1922) with her amidships accommodation ladder deployed and two of her lifeboats are in the water. Trondheim is in the background.
