Her starboard anchor is deployed and she has an accommodation ladder rigged at the main deck aft with a boat alongside it. The Blue Peter flag is at the port yardarm on the foremast. One of her motor lifeboat/tenders, seen from off her port bow, is coming alongside a wooden slipway. One of the Orion's crew and a young boy are on the slipway. There are patches of snow on the mountains in the distance. Negatives numbers P84440 and P84441 were taken on the same occasion.
