The Ethel Maud (1889) is on the left on a mud berth and is seen from off her starboard bow.  Her sails have been removed but her masts are standing and appear to have received a fresh coat of black paint.  A white painted cabin cruiser is in the centre of the picture alongside a motor barge and a spritsail barge.  Kingsnorth Power Station loading jetty is in the background.
