GPS RF MCM (ROC 3)

Microchip. Made for Symmetricom GPS XR6 and XR7 products. GPS RF Multi-Chip-Module (MCM). ROC3 RF chip bonded to the PCB (under the black coating) and combined with other discrete parts and a TCXO to create a complete GPS RF in a module only 30 x 30 mm. This module replaces a whole RF board in previous products and could be soldered down onto the GPS digital boards. Silicon wafer technology: 0.35 micrometre. Bipolar.
