Slightly distant stern views of the spritsail barges Scone (1919) and Victor (1895) under sail in the Thames Estuary during the Southend Barge Match. The staysail barge Scone is seen from dead astern and she is on the port tack. She has the PREEDCRETE logo on her white topsail. Ahead and seen from very fine off the starboard quarter is the staysail barge Victor, which is also on the port tack. She has the Kent Life logo on her topsail. A number of other barges, smacks and bawleys are in the background.
