The spritsail barges Mirosa (1892), Vigilant (1904) and Xylonite (1926) under sail in Gravesend Reach, River Thames, passing Tilbury bound down at the start of a barge match. The Mirosa (1892) has a Blue Circle Cement logo on her topsail and the barge with the Crossed Keys logo on her topsail is the Vigilant (1904). The bowsprit barge on the right with the Prospect of Whitby logo on her topsail is the Xylonite (1926).
