A distant port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the Orient Steam Navigation Company passenger liner Orient (1879) under tow arriving in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has been re-engined and refitted and now has a single tall funnel and two masts. The leading tug is the Victor (1895) and the tug alongside aft is the Champion (1892). An unidentified tug is in the left foreground. The negative has a bad crack in the top left corner.
