Students engaged in a tug-of-war competition on board the British India Steam Navigation Company educational cruise ship Nevasa (1956) in the Western Mediterranean. They are on the forward sports deck and the photographer, R. Spillman, is looking forward and to port. The ship is on a cruise from Southampton to the Holy Land and Greece. Negatives PM1820/18 to PM1823/32 were taken during the same event.
