A full length portrait of the seaman Nicolai Tsirlis ashore, in an unknown location, from the Bank Line general cargo ship Inverbank (1924). He is standing in front of a warehouse type of building. A vertical format negative. The photographer, Henry Bird, is one of the ship's apprentices and in his photograph album (ALB1405) this print is captioned "Nicholai Tsirlis (One of our sailors). Also in the album is a studio photograph of this man and Bird has captioned it "Nicolai Tsirlis, a Greek sailor".
