Three unidentified tankers at anchor in Suez Bay, looking west from on board the tanker Malwa (1961). The photographer is standing on the walkway on the centre line, just in front of the samson posts, looking to starboard showing three unidentified tankers at anchor. They are all seen from abaft the port beam. A small motor launch is off the stern off the nearest tanker. Mountains are in the background. This is Slide 56 of a lecture given by Captain Henry P. Bird detailing his service as Senior Second Officer and Navigator on board the tanker Malwa (1961), owned by the P&O Group, from 14 November 1963 to 9 March 1964. The lecture consists of 75 slides.
