Two unidentified tugs on the Thames heading upriver into the Lower Pool from Limehouse Reach, London. The stern and the tow of the nearest tug is out of the picture. The furthest tug is towing a laden lighter. The names of the tugs are not quite discernible. Limehouse is in the background and St. Anne's Church is on the right beyond a spritsail barge. The negative has some image movement.
