A slightly distant starboard quarter view of the lighthouse and buoy tender Relume I (1952) berthed in Bahrain. The Relume I is berthed on a finger jetty whilst the light house and buoy tender Relume (1979) is berthed on the opposite side. Two motor tugs are berthed in tandem abaft of Relume I. A pilot boat is berthed abaft of the motor tugs. Distant docks are in the background on the right hand side of the image. This is Slide 25 of a lecture titled "World Wide Ship Delivery" given by Captain Henry P. Bird detailing his service as Chief Officer for the delivery of the lighthouse and buoy tender Relume (1979) owned by Middle East Navigation Aids Service from 3 May 1979 to 18 June 1979 and then Chief Officer for the delivery of the lighthouse and buoy tender Relume I (1952) owned by the same company to the ship breakers yard from 18 June 1979 to 30 June 1979. The lecture consists of 30 slides.
