A view of five Indian sailors overhauling derricks on the goalpost board the bulk carrier Wilkawa (1964) at sea. Two of the sailors are standing on winches, performing maintenance on the derrick joints whilst the other three sailors are standing on the deck next to the winches looking up at the work. This is Slide 31 of a series of slides detailing Captain H. Bird's service as Second Officer on board the motor bulk carrier Wilkawa (1964) owned by Sir William Reardon Smith & Sons Ltd of Cardiff, from 17 May 1970 to 26 November 1970.
