A starboard quarter view of the motor tug Kiboko (1977) berthed in Mombasa, Kenya. The photographer is on the quayside just aft of the stern and is looking forward and to port. A partial view of an unidentified tug is berthed forward of Kiboko's bow. Kiboko's mast is dressed with flags. According to the photographer's autobiography the flags spelt out the Swahili word of greeting 'Jambo'. A Kenyan crewman is standing at the railing on the starboard side of the boat deck.
