The light cruiser Undaunted (1914) at anchor, probably in Scottish waters.
A rather poor port side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the light cruiser Undaunted (1914) at anchor, probably in Scottish waters. She has been fitted with a tripod foremast and a flying off platform above her forecastle gun on which she is carrying a Sopwith 2F.1 Camel fighter aircraft. She is a unit of the 7th Light Cruiser Squadron of the Grand Fleet and her first recorded carriage of an aircraft was in August 1918. A copy negative made by the NMM studio from a mounted and captioned photographic print.
