Nelson's pay desk (table) photographed on the port side of the upper deck of the Victory (1765) looking forward and to port from amidships. A brass plate on the top refers to this item as "Nelson's Table". It is a basic rectangular table with square legs, one drawer and the square cornered top is made from three pieces of wood. Vertical format.
