Bomb damage to the light cruiser Sirius (1940) in dry dock in Portsmouth Dockyard, Hampshire.

Looking down on a bomb entry hole at station 139 on the starboard side of the upper deck from the starboard side of the forecastle deck of the light cruiser Sirius (1940) in dry dock at Portsmouth Dockyard. The ship is under construction, having been launched from No. 5 Slip on 18 Sep. 1940. She was hit by a single bomb during an air raid on the night of 3-4 May 1941.
