An image showing 'N25353; On board the former hopper barge W24 (Persephone) (1938) looking aft along the starboard side of the upper deck amidships while berthed on the south side of the promontory in No. 3 Basin, Portsmouth Dockyard. She is being fitted with a 48 feet diameter drum to lay Hammel cable pipe under the sea. The plating to the inside barrel of the drum is in the process of being bolted into position.
