Fort Cumberland sea wall, Eastney, Portsmouth, Hampshire

Looking east along the beach at Eastney, Portsmouth, showing the condition of the sea wall in front of Fort Cumberland. There are triangular steel structures in a line down the beach from the sea wall. Above the sea wall on the left is one end of a steel gantry structure with a ladder at the end. A building is being erected in the centre of the picture and the wall appears to be enclosing an HA.DCT (High Angle Director Control Tower) fitted with Type 285 radar on the top.
