Looking east-north-east along the beach at Eastney, Portsmouth, showing the condition of the concrete sea wall in front of Fort Cumberland. A seaweed encrusted concrete wall with a wooden groyne behind it stretches down to the sea. A large concrete structure is beyond the groyne.
