The damaged frigate Affleck (1943) in No. 12 Dry Dock, Portsmouth Dockyard, Hampshire

A close view of the port quarter view of the frigate Affleck (1943) dried out in No. 12 Dry Dock in Portsmouth Dockyard. The photographer is standing on the side wall of the dock and is looking to starboard from abreast the propeller. The stern is canted up, the port shaft is broken and the starboard propeller and shaft are missing. The hull has bad weed growth on it.
