Stud welding electrical equipment outside MCD building 126 in Portsmouth Dockyard, Hampshire
Stud welding electrical equipment outside MCD building 126 in Portsmouth Dockyard. The equipment seems to be three permanently fixed transformers units, numbered EEM Yard 116, 117 and 123, each coupled to an enclosed box unit. Cables run to a fixed power outlet unit which is, in turn, connected to a mobile power outler unit. Both MCD 126 and the adjoining Shelter 156 are concrete buildings and scaffolding has been erected alongside these buildings. The photographer is looking down from the scaffolding.
