On board the heavy repair ship Ranpura (1924) during her fitting out in Portsmouth Dockyard. In the Woodworking Shop on B Deck looking forward and to port. On the right is a Robinson plane irons and moulding cutter grinder. In the centre is a surface planing and thicknessing machine with a 10 inch wood turners lathe against bulkhead 37. On the right is a 30 inch bandsaw.
