A close view of the port bow of the tanker Nord Atlantic (1938), dried out in No. 15 Dry Dock in Portsmouth Dockyard, during her reconstruction, taken from the bottom of the dock looking forward and to starboard near the bow. It shows the closely spaced hull frames after the lower strakes of the plating have been removed.
