The Archbishop’s Palace in Lima
A black and white landscape photograph showing the facade of The Archbishop’s Palace in Lima. The building has an ornate neo-classical design with eighteen windows, four doors and wooden balconies over the main entrance. A door and a set of steps can be seen to the right-hand side of the image. Two figures with their backs to the camera are near an open door at the top of the steps. Three lampposts are in front of the building, on either side of the road, which is clear of pedestrians and traffic. Wooden benches with curved armrests are shown in the bottom left-hand corner of the photograph. A building with balconies, five visible windows and railings on the roof is located to the left-hand side of the photograph.
