Sketch of a Thames? sailing barge Spright? with small boat alongside

This watercolour depicts a broadside view of a swim-headed topsail barge with tiller steering. There are two figures (possibly a man and a woman) in the barge and another figure in a small boat along. Indistinctly inscribed in pencil at lower left, possibly ‘Spright’. Dated, lower right (now obscured), ‘Nov. 20 1851’. Mounted on the same sheet as PAH4952. Stored with PAH4945-PAH4950, PAH4952-PAH5005.
