Decanter
Ship's decanter, conical in shape with narrow fluting around the base and broader flutes below the neck. The neck has fluting and four annular knops. The item has a rosette-shaped, cut glass stopper. The associated label reads: '18th century ship's decanter inherited by Miss Eyre from Captain Cuthbert RN of that century.' Probably this is Captain Robert Cuthbert (fl. 1793-1821)
