Prize medal, Model Engineer Exhibition 1938
Awarded to H. Fitterer. Obverse: Two classically dressed women, standing, their right hands clasped. The figure to the right holds a laurel wreath in her left hand. To the left a boy holds a model of a sailing cutter. To the left of the figures is a boiler, to the right an electric light, wimshurst machine, electric generator and battleship. Inscription: 'THE MODEL ENGINEER'. Reverse within a laurel wreath 'AWARDED TO H FITTERER'. In fitted case of issue inscribed 'THE MODEL ENGINEER EXHIBITION 1938'.
