Cargo vessel

Scale: Unknown. Waterline model of a cargo vessel. The hull is painted black with a white stripe running along its entire length and a brick-red stripe at the waterline. The decks are painted dark grey with mid-grey cargo hatch covers, except for the raised deck at the stern which is buff and pale grey. The forward cargo deck has three hatches with two sets of derricks set between them. The superstructure is placed amidships incorporating accommodation, bridge, observation post on the upper deck, six lifeboats and a single funnel painted black with two broad horizontal white stripes signifying British India. There are two derricks attached to the front and a further two attached to the rear of the superstructure. The cargo configuration of the aft cargo deck is identical to the forward deck. The number on the base of the model is obscured.
