Obverse: Coat of Arms. Legend: 'SOCIETAS REG.LONDINI'. Exergue: 'NULLIUS IN VERBA'. Reverse: Pallas seated left among symbols of learning. Legend: 'G.COPLEY BART.DIGNISSIMO'. Exergue: 'GEORGE BIDDELL AIRY 1831'.
