Badge: Order of St Vladimir, 4th class (military)
Awarded to Captain Stanislaus Niewiarowski, Imperial Russian Navy. Badge: A cross pattee enamelled crimson with black edges the respective colours edged gold, resting on two gold swords. In the centre, on a circular plaque of black enamel, is the Imperial mantle crowned and charged with a cipher. Reverse: Date of foundation with the motto of the order "Utility, Honour , Glory" in Russian. Suspended from the buttonhole by a red ribbon edged with black adorned with a bow.
