The centre medallion is blue with a gold crown, surrounded by a blue band inscribed "GOTT MIT UNS". Reverse: In centre initials of William I, "DEN 18 OCTOBER 1861" (date of founding of order). Suspended from a pale blue ribbon. Mounted on a bar with eleven others.
