S.jose; Hunting vessel; Whaleboat

Scale: 1:12. A full hull model of the double-ended whaleboat S.Jose, made entirely in wood, built plank on frame and painted in realistic colours. The vessel is depicted fully rigged with a fore and aft rigged on its single mast. The hull is painted mostly white with the top strake painted deep blue and the gunwales painted red. A narrow strake is also red as is the inboard hull. It is equipped with sails, short bowsprit, mast and spars, rudder and tiller and the various tools needed to hunt whales.
