Airy chronograph

The Airy Chronograph consists of 31 parts (ZAA0889.1-.31) which can be found via the Whole/Part toggle. Most of its components were made by London clockmaker Dent for George Bidell Airy. The instrument was brought into service in 1854 with Airy's new transit instrument, for recording the timing of observations.
