Bark cloth
Bark cloth with a painted design in black and brown from Fiji. Presented by Roku Rata Lala to Lt Cdr D.H. Bassett, HMS 'Penn' (this name may be incorrect). The Fijian name for bark cloth is 'masi'. Sent to the Museum in bark-cloth bag AAA2933.1.
