Oyster shell
Collected on Thursday Islands (Australia) by Capt H.J.O. Millar while in command of HMS Torch 1903-5. In 1903 HMS 'Torch' took Major General Edward Hutton (1848-1923) to British New Guinea via Thursday Island to carry out an inspection of imperial defences.
