A distant port side view, taken from well abaft the beam, of the general cargo ship Zadar (1950) under way in Blackwall Reach, River Thames, London. She is being preceded by a W H J Alexander tug and is bound out from the West India Docks. She has the word Jugolinija painted in large letters on her hull amidships. On the left, seen from just ahead of her port beam, is the cargo ship Kerstin (1956) with a W H J Alexander tug in attendance preparing to approach the South Dock Lock, bound in for the West India Docks. On the extreme left and seen from fine off her starboard bow is the tug Hurricane (1938).
