A starboard quarter view, taken from wide off the stern, of the general cargo ship Bencomo (1950) being towed out of the South Dock Lock, West India Docks, London, bound out into Blackwall Reach. She is passing between the two arms of the bascule bridge which takes Preston's Road over the lock.
