The tug Dollar Bay (1944) in the West India Export Dock, London
A port quarter view, taken from fine off the stern, of the tug Dollar Bay (1944) alongside a quay in the east end of the West India Export Dock. She has a massive stern fender made up of rope matting and motor car tyres. In the left background berthed in Blackwall Basin and seen from off her port quarter is the coaster Hudson Firth (1949). Lighters laden with sawn timber are in front of timber storage shed 12A on the right.
