A starboard near broadside view, taken from only just abaft the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Orion (1935) alongside Berth 1 in the Main Dock, Tilbury. She is flying her paying off pennant and her house flag. She has a rope ladder over the side leading to a lighter alongside aft. In the foreground are the mooring lines of the P & O liner Iberia (1954) which is at Berth 32 in the Main Dock. On the quayside is a large coil of mooring rope and four uniformed asian members of the crew of the Iberia.
