A starboard side detail, taken from forward of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Braemar Castle (1952) alongside a berth on the south side of the King George V Dock, London. She has an extended domed funnel that was fitted in 1960. Only her midships from the foremast to the aft end of her superstructure is in the photograph. On the left is the bow of the cargo liner Comorin (1951). On the quayside in the foreground are motor vehicle spares including a pile of wheels and packing cases containing body panels consigned to Butler & Webster of Bangkok.
