A close-up of the port side of the stern of the tanker Wave Baron (1946) dried out in No. 5 (Prince of Wales) Dry Dock at Southampton, taken from the top of the dock just forward of stern looking aft and down showing the propeller and rudder. Scaffolding has been erected around the stern gear and men are painting the rudder and working on the blades of the propeller, at least one of which is slightly damaged.
